- After prequalification, we'll prepare your application package and schedule your document certification appointment
- After certifying your documents, we will deliver your completed application package to you at our in-person meeting or via DHL
- Once certified, you will be ready to sign and mail your ITIN packet to the IRS
- IRS processing takes 7+ weeks (expect longer wait times during tax season)

Weโll follow up with you to begin preparing your application. Hereโs what to expect:

Pay the Preparation Fee:
A non-refundable fee of 1,000 MXN is due before we begin document prep. -
Submit Required Info:
You'll complete an intake questionnaire and upload documents that demonstrate your eligibility. - Choose Your Certification Method:
- Option 1: Remote Certification (DHL + Video Call)
- You ship your passport to our office via DHL
- We verify your identity via scheduled video call
- Your passport and completed ITIN packet are returned via DHL the next business day
- Option 2: In-Person Appointment in Mexico City
- We schedule a meeting in Mexico City for document certification
- You receive your completed ITIN packet to sign and mail to the IRS
๐ณ Total Fee: 4,000 MXN
Split into two payments and paid by bank transfer:
- 1,000 MXN prep fee (non-refundable)
- 3,000 MXN certification fee (due at the appointment)
